Using our scene capture technology, we were able to create an as-built 3D Model of several rows of existing heat exchangers.  Since no drawings were available for fabrication, the heat exchanger dimensions form the single 3D Model were used for fabrication.  The replacement heat exchangers fit perfectly in place of the existing heat exchangers without any rework or repairs.
